You can choose to do all 8 sessions or just one.
In 8 sessions the following will be covered:
- Lining cake tin and baking a fruitcake
- Covering the cake on board in 3 mediums
- Royal Icing - make and borders and writing
- Making frills and drapes
- Make roses
- Make Sweat Pea
- Make filler flowers
- Make leaves
- Bind a spray and complete cake
